The following annual program outline aims to provide a comprehensive plan for Arambha’s activities for 2023-2024, including exhibitions, workshops, community engagement, and professional development opportunities.

Exhibitions and Receptions:

Organize six significant exhibitions showcasing the work of sculpture artists from various backgrounds.
Partner with art galleries, museums, and art institutions to secure exhibition spaces.
Secure funding for transportation, installation, and promotion of the exhibitions.
Organize receptions and artist talks to engage the public and foster networking opportunities.

Workshops and Masterclasses:

Organize workshops and masterclasses led by established sculpture artists.
Offer a range of topics and techniques to cater to artists of all skill levels.
Arrange suitable venues and necessary art supplies.
Advertise and promote the workshops to attract participants.

Artist Residency Program:

Establish an artist residency program to provide dedicated time and space for sculpture artists to work on their projects.
Secure funding to provide studio space, accommodation, and a stipend for selected resident artists.
Promote the residency program internationally to attract both local and international artists. 

Community Engagement:

Organize public art installations and sculpture demonstrations in collaboration with local communities.
Conduct educational programs in schools and community centers to raise awareness about sculpture art.

Creation of 'Arambha' Endowment Fund:

The creation of an endowment fund for Arambha ensures a sustainable future, as we utilize only the interest generated to support our initiatives while safeguarding the principal for the benefit of future generations. This strategic approach allows us to leave a lasting legacy of positive impact and empower generations to come.
